Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If you’re not happy or received a defective item, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
We don’t accept returns for damaged items caused by misuse.
If the item has a manufacturing defect or differs from what you ordered, we cover the return shipping cost.

Warranty
All items include a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.

Shipping Costs
Regular returns: customer pays return shipping.
Defective items: shipping is covered by us.

Refunds
Refunds are issued using the same payment method.
Processing may take 5–10 business days after inspection.
